This board game is an EX DEMO copy and is not a new and sealed game. Though they are in good condition and we do take care of our games some of the boxes will have some wear and tear from use overtime as will some of the components. We have done our best to ensure that the components are all there but there may be circumstances where there is one or two missing. Created by Michael Kiesling, Azul: Stained Glass of Sintra challenges players to carefully select glass panes to complete their windows while being careful not to damage or waste supplies in the process. The window panels are double-sided, providing players with a dynamic player board that affords nearly infinite variability!

Players can expect to discover new unique art and components in Azul: Stained Glass of Sintra, including translucent window pane pieces, a tower to hold discarded glass panes, and double-sided player boards and window pane panels, in addition to many other beautiful components!


Returns and Exchanges

From The Deep Games will exchange products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, unopened and is in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as card singles like MTG or Pokemon singles, food, drink, online cards, gift cards and sale items.
To complete your return a receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if we cannot repair or replace the item you have purchased due to a manufacturer issue.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind or if you purchased the item in error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the turn around time to send out a replacement item or applying credit to your account.

If we cannot repair or replace the item, then you will be refunded the payment. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
