Shipping policy

Shipping Policy and Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

All Orders will incur a $10 flat rate Standard shipping fee.

The estimated delivery time of 2-6 business days. This can vary depending on location.

We ship orders via Australia Post and we will provide tracking numbers where available.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Products on Preorder will be sent on its release date or if there are delays once it arrives in-store.

Orders containing both Preorder products and in-stock products

If your order contains both a Preorder product and other products that are already available please note that we will hold the entire order to be sent until all products have arrived, in the case of a product on Preorder we will wait till its release date to send your order or if there are delays once it arrives in-store.

If you would like to split your order up to receive in-stock products immediately please contact us via email or phone during business hours. Please note that as we will be splitting your order up into separate orders they will incur an additional $10 shipping fee per additional order sent. 

Click & Collect / In-Store Pickup:

You will receive a confirmation email or text message when your order is ready for pickup. Please make sure to wait for the notification before coming to collect your order.

If your order is just sealed product such as Booster Boxes, Board Games or RPG Books they are usually ready within 60-90 minutes during our regular trading hours.

If your order is for MTG or Pokemon card singles please note they may take some time to pack depending on the size of the order and how many we have at the time of ordering.

Some larger products that we sell such as some Board Game Kickstarter Editions are stored off-site and are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours.

Products on Preorder will be ready for pickup on there release date or if there are delays once they arrive in-store.
