This board game is an EX DEMO copy and is not a new and sealed game. Though they are in good condition and we do take care of our games some of the boxes will have some wear and tear from use overtime as will some of the components. We have done our best to ensure that the components are all there but there may be circumstances where there is one or two missing. The photos here are product shots from the suppliers and makers of the game not actual photos of our copies. Introduced by the Moors, azulejos (originally white and blue ceramic tiles) were fully embraced by the Portuguese when their king Manuel I, on a visit to the Alhambra palace in Southern Spain, was mesmerized by the stunning beauty of the Moorish decorative tiles. The king, awestruck by the interior beauty of the Alhambra, immediately ordered that his own palace in Portugal be decorated with similar wall tiles. As a tile-laying artist, you have been challenged to embellish the walls of the Royal Palace of Evora.
In the game Azul, players take turns drafting colored tiles from suppliers to their player board. Later in the round, players score points based on how they've placed their tiles to decorate the palace. Extra points are scored for specific patterns and completing sets; wasted supplies harm the player's score. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
The new edition includes the first player token made of resin.

Returns and Exchanges
From The Deep Games will exchange products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, unopened and is in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as card singles like MTG or Pokemon singles, food, drink, online cards, gift cards and sale items.
To complete your return a receipt or proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Refunds
Refunds are only offered if we cannot repair or replace the item you have purchased due to a manufacturer issue.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind or if you purchased the item in error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the turn around time to send out a replacement item or applying credit to your account.
If we cannot repair or replace the item, then you will be refunded the payment. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
