The sustainable Coral Places deck boxes are made from 52% recycled materials and, in addition to the durable Xenoskin surface, have a strong magnetic closure and a high-quality microfibre inner lining so that up to 100 (double-sleeved) or 120 (single-sleeved) cards from games such as Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Lorcana, One Piece or Yu-Gi-Oh! can be stored safely. The plastic-free packaging is also made entirely from recycled paper and cellulose-based film.

Returns and Exchanges

From The Deep Games will exchange products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, unopened and is in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as card singles like MTG or Pokemon singles, food, drink, online cards, gift cards and sale items.
To complete your return a receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if we cannot repair or replace the item you have purchased due to a manufacturer issue.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind or if you purchased the item in error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the turn around time to send out a replacement item or applying credit to your account.

If we cannot repair or replace the item, then you will be refunded the payment. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
