The Soft Crate is a durable all-in-one solution: the first 2-in-1 product that combines a full-size deck box with an integrated token box. This full-color printed deck box offers smart functionality and clever design. It holds up to 80 double-sleeved cards for standard formats, plus space for tokens and sideboard. Alternatively, it can fit up to 100 single-sleeved cards. The additional included token box stores dice, counters, and other small accessories. Equipped with a unique smart click-lock mechanism, the token box keeps everything securely stored. When opened, its lid remains upright for quick and easy access during play.

Returns and Exchanges

From The Deep Games will exchange products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, unopened and is in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as card singles like MTG or Pokemon singles, food, drink, online cards, gift cards and sale items.
To complete your return a receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if we cannot repair or replace the item you have purchased due to a manufacturer issue.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind or if you purchased the item in error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the turn around time to send out a replacement item or applying credit to your account.

If we cannot repair or replace the item, then you will be refunded the payment. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
