Digimon Card Games Series 06 Double Diamond Pre-Release At Home
Due to the Lockdown we are unable to run a Digimon Pre-Release event at this time. Instead you can purchase a Digimon Double Diamond Kit for you to play at home. As a Digimon organised play store we can sell Digimon Double Diamond early from Friday 8th October 2021.
Each Digimon Double Diamond Kit for playing at Home contains:
6 Digimon Double Diamond Booster Packs
1 Participation Card (Andromon)
1 Double Diamond Pre-Release Pack (contains 2 cards)
Returns and Exchanges
From The Deep Games will exchange products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, unopened and is in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as card singles like MTG or Pokemon singles, food, drink, online cards, gift cards and sale items.
To complete your return a receipt or proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Refunds
Refunds are only offered if we cannot repair or replace the item you have purchased due to a manufacturer issue.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind or if you purchased the item in error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the turn around time to send out a replacement item or applying credit to your account.
If we cannot repair or replace the item, then you will be refunded the payment. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
