Deckscape - The Mystery of El Dorado
The expedition in search of Eldorado was a failure: you have long sought the legendary golden city in the heart of the forest, without finding it. While you are flying back home, the head of a statue crashes against the plane and you have to parachute!
You are alone, tired and hungry, lost in an uncharted area of the forest. The danger is lurking, and you own only a few items gathered before jumping off.
This could be your end... or the very last chance to unravel the mystery of Eldorado.
With a fantastic "open and play" system that walks players through how to play with no need to read a rulebook, Deckscape offers an easy access point for players and puzzle-solvers of all skill levels!
Returns and Exchanges
From The Deep Games will exchange products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, unopened and is in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as card singles like MTG or Pokemon singles, food, drink, online cards, gift cards and sale items.
To complete your return a receipt or proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Refunds
Refunds are only offered if we cannot repair or replace the item you have purchased due to a manufacturer issue.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind or if you purchased the item in error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the turn around time to send out a replacement item or applying credit to your account.
If we cannot repair or replace the item, then you will be refunded the payment. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
