A Digital World
All of The Detective Society games have digital elements. Perhaps you will have to hack into an online bank account, or message a suspect? Perhaps you will need to visit business websites to get key information, or look up maps and locations? It's all possible within our world! Access to the Internet is certainly required to play our games.
This is a single episode game. Like all our games, once you have solved it, you can not play it again because you will know all the answers to the puzzles. Well done!
From The Deep Games will exchange products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, unopened and is in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as card singles like MTG or Pokemon singles, food, drink, online cards, gift cards and sale items.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered if we cannot repair or replace the item you have purchased due to a manufacturer issue.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind or if you purchased the item in error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the turn around time to send out a replacement item or applying credit to your account.
If we cannot repair or replace the item, then you will be refunded the payment. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
