Reality Shards Dice are epic layered dice from Gate Keeper Games, featuring three pearlescent colors following an A-B-C-B-A color scheme from top to bottom and made of high-impact resin. When viewed from the top or bottom they appear to be 1-2 colors, but when viewed from the side all 5 magnificent layers draw you deep into the Reality they represent. Nothing beats the power of a Reality Shard Die! Each die has the high and low numbers centered on the outer primary color for high-speed number recognition. Returns and Exchanges
From The Deep Games will exchange products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, unopened and is in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as card singles like MTG or Pokemon singles, food, drink, online cards, gift cards and sale items.
To complete your return a receipt or proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Refunds
Refunds are only offered if we cannot repair or replace the item you have purchased due to a manufacturer issue.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind or if you purchased the item in error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the turn around time to send out a replacement item or applying credit to your account.
If we cannot repair or replace the item, then you will be refunded the payment. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
